Under SPOT, the TSA staff learns to recognize suspicious personal behavior. “Passengers who flag concerns by exhibiting unusual or anxious behavior will be pointed out to local police, who will then conduct face-to-face interviews to determine whether any threat exists.” टाइम पत्रिका ने अभी हाल में रिपोर्ट प्रकाशित की है कि हवाई जहाजों की सुरक्षा का दायित्व संभालने वाली अमेरिकन एजेन्सी यातायात सुरक्षा प्रशासन इस निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचा है कि व्यवासायिक उड्डयन के समक्ष खतरा बुरे लोगों द्वारा ले जाने वाली वस्तुओं से नहीं वरन् स्वयं बुरे लोगों से है.
